Why am I almost trying to be someone I am not, putting in effort to put on a show everyday. I should just let myself be who I am. Fuck this is tiring. 

Anyway, just celebrated our third yr yesterday.:) Went to eat at Clifford, this French restaurant at Fullerton Bay Hotel (Kelvin's recommendation). But don't think we will ever be going back there again, firstly because they screwed up our reservation, and secondly the food wasn't great. Ok I admit the food not being great was partly our fault, since we din order anything on the menu, but took the daily special, which according to Kelvin is a big NO-NO coz daily specials are for chefs to try out new dishes and use customers as guinea pigs. But the bread was nice, and surprisingly came together with a bowl of pork rillette that was fabulous! An absolute must-have I would say. BUT, continuing the story of the disappointing main course, they told us it was red snapper with salad. However, never did we expect it to come as a whole fish (fish head, bones and all)! The fish head did look rather creepy and we tried to eat as fast as possible to get rid of the nightmare asap. Dessert sample (for 2), which is a small serving of all the desserts they serve, was acceptable. The lemon tart was the nicest! But anyway, the bill came up to a whopping $200!! The fish was $65 each! We were speechless.

But nonetheless, it was a happy day for us.
